YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, plainly.

ARTIVSTA uses the information you provide to prepare quotes and deliver the services you request.

Website visits and estimates

The website has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Estimates are calculated in your browser using guide rates. The hosting provider processes technical requests to deliver the website.

Orders and uploads

We collect your name, email address, phone number, university, selected services and uploaded document. Orders and uploads made on this website are stored privately in Cloudflare. Our formatter downloads and checks documents before you confirm the final quote. We use Resend for order emails. Our existing Google-based form remains available as a backup, and our financial records currently use Google Sheets.

Thesis information and approval

Applicable formatting orders receive a personal confirmation link. It can show details extracted from your document, such as your name, programme, title and relevant faculty or committee information. Cloud originals become eligible for deletion 72 hours after verified download, once an independent backup has also been checked. Keep that link private: anyone who has it may be able to view and submit the form before it expires.

Agent referrals

If you enter through an agent’s link, the referral code is carried to the order form and stored with the order. The agent dashboard can show relevant completed-job information, including your name, but not your email address, phone number or document. The WhatsApp assistance message does not include an agent code.
